Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Permissions

As the artist, I hold the right to upload your commission to my social media profiles unless requested otherwise.
As the client, you hold the right to use your commission as an icon, header, upload to your personal profile with appropriate credit given.

Payment & Process

Payment is to be made immediately upon confirmation of commission details. Payment is to be made via PayPal. All my currency is in USD. Invoices have a time buffer of 48 hours, if payment is not received after this time period your commission will be void entirely.The only progress I share is the sketch. You are free to ask for additional work in progress images. When the sketch is disclosed for approval, this is your time as the client to ask for any revisions regarding posing and expression.
Revisions made after completion due to the fault of the artist (i.e. incorrect markings) is free of charge. Any major revisions will carry a convenience fee.

Refund Policy

I do my best to ensure that the quality of my artwork is the best it can be, and my clients are satisfied with their outcome.
Refunds may be given if the commission has not yet been started.
Once I disclose the sketch for approval and revisions, no refunds are negotiable.

Turnaround Time

I do my best to get through my queue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The typical turnaround time for a commission is anywhere from a day to a few weeks. I do my best to keep my clients updated with the status of their commission, and why there are delays.

As of right now, due to my time crunch, I will not work by deadlines!

Subject matter

My forte is domesticated animals, however I am definitely willing to step out of my comfort zone and try something new! I will not incorporate another artist’s style into my own. How I render your character, is how I visualize them. Please feel free to ask me about your content matter in your commission inquiry if you have any questions.

I do not actively take NSFW commissions.
